Today's little outing was to Loch Vrotachan, in the Cairngorms, not far from the Cairnwell Ski Resort. We hiked up past the ski lifts and down to this little loch, where usually we come with one or two brown trout. Unfortunately, we came home with nothing today - but had a lovely morning, despite the cold, wet weather!
