Not the best shot in the world, but I wanted to use it as part of my 365 photo journal. We played golf at the Golf des Yvelines in the Parisien suburbs yesterday. There were lots of these little guys wandering around the course. Due to respect for fellow golfers, I couldn't take the time to get a decent shot. Photography and golf don't go too well together ... it really was a question of shoot and run!
@jammyb Yes this was on the 17th as the light was going ... my game had gone to pot by then, so I grabbed a quick shot with my baby Canon which I just happened to have in my bag! :-)
Fantastic shot from the course! I know the conflicting feelings when on a course, complete with great wildlife, and knowing the cardinal rule is not to slow down the game! Well done.
@randystreat Ha ha ... yes, 'gare' is certainly the correct translation of 'fore', however, the French would just say 'fore' as they also talk about le putting, le swing, le drive, le fairway, le putting green and le golf! :-)
