He doesn't often send me flowers, but he chose a good day to do it. It's my turn for a birthday today, but I must confess to feeling a little down as hubby is in Abu Dhabi and both kids are in the UK, so little ol' me is home alone! However the arrival of this fabulous bunch of flowers with all my favourites cheered me up enormously! Also going out for dinner with friends tonight, so that should help too. :-)

This IS a lovely arrangement. Beautiful photo as well. Side by side birthdays for you and your son! I imagine some time on your own to do just as you please could be a lovely celebration of your birthday. I hope your friends love you up at dinner, and they bring CAKE!
