Market in Stung Treng

We had time for a wander around the market in Stung Treng whilst we were there. A fantastically interesting place. Here we can see a couple of ladies selling green mangoes and the central cores of the lotus flower. I hear they are good to eat, although I don't believe we've eaten any yet. The food in Cambodia has been wonderful so far.

We have two more days here before crossing over to Vietnam.

@casablanca Well, we never actually sampled the cores of the lotus flower, but in Vietnam we did try the seeds from the core, dried and salted as an aperitif. Very nice.
