This exhibition, sponsored by Ørsted, the company our son works for, is currently on at the Natural History Museum in London. We went to see it last year, and it was absolutely fabulous. This year, our son sent me a link to see a live preview of some of the winning photos and a sharing of stories behind these powerful images. He watched it with me on Thursday evening, him in London and me in Scotland. We communicated by WhatsApp as we watched and listened. Some of the images are quite incredible. I took a photo of my computer screen highlighting just one, for the record. I converted it to black and white because the array of things lying around my desk was too distracting! It was a most enjoyable virtual hour spent in the company of my son and some fantastic photographers. I'd recommend a visit to the Museum if you're anywhere near London - it's open until June 2021, so I'm still hoping that I might get to visit next year. :-)
I googled Wildlife Photographer of the Year 2020 & viewed these amazing photos.
