Acorns & Ferns

I gathered some ferns and acorns whilst out walking a few days back, hoping I could use them for a photo when lacking inspiration. I am hopeless at this type of thing. Anyway, I took them into the bathroom last night (where the light was good and I had a marble surface), whilst hubby was watching rugby on the tv, and messed about with my macro lens. I then applied a wee bit of filter in Colour FX, and this is the result. Not terribly artistic, but I quite liked it.
