It has been found. I had a very frustrating couple of hours looking for it. I couldn't picture where I could have possibly put it. All I knew is that my daughter passed it to me it when she came home at Christmas. I searched in jewellery boxes, purses, handbags, pockets, travel drawer (given that the plan is to bring it to my sister in law in Cambridge to fix), kitchen drawers, etc. Then Christmas came to mind, and the lounge 'drop leaf' bureau came to my mind - I write my Christmas cards there as it's the cosiest room in winter. I opened the desk up, and there the necklace was, sitting there large as life! What a relief. I might well have found the necklace next December, as it's not a desk I use very often. Anyway, it's been found and now I just need to get it safely to Cambridge, via London and Kent without losing it again!!! Thanks to everyone for their suggestions and support! At least my drama has provided me with a circles image for today's post. :-)
It was always in the desk. And as my son once asked me “Dad. Why is it always the lst place you look!!!”
And I love the photograph and the bokeh. Well done.
