I hope everyone with a aggressive dog reads this. The problem is that many with Pit Bull Type Dogs say "my dog won't bite". This is what it looks like.
This is so heartbreaking Jane and those statistics frightening. I hope the little one who belongs to these painful legs is ok and the legs heal and the frightening experience doesn't leave too many problems.

Thank you so much for commenting on my photo of our grandson who was attacked by a dog. He spent four days in a trauma unit and has well over 100 exterior stitches, and many more interior ones. He is having to relearn how to walk. As many of you so compassionately noted, the real challenge is what it's done to his young psyche. Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers. He is 9 years old.
