Sunfish by janetb

Sunfish

We laughed loud when we watched the bobber gliding through the water as if powered by some unseen motor beneath the surface. What on earth?? The only explanation we could come up with was little sunfish hitting the worm and holding on as they swam — all the while missing the hook! We scratched our heads, reeled in a wormless hook over and over and laughed time and time again. Eventually, he switched to a smaller hook and began using mealworms instead of the bulky nightcrawlers. Aha, sunfish, indeed! We caught four that day (Mike-3, Jan-1), and we still laugh loud about it.

Laughter is timeless, imagination has no age, dreams are forever.

I like your depth of field/focus on this shot, it helps to focus on the fish, which is the main subject. Well done.

What a neat shot to remember the laughter of that day. Your sunfish is so well focused
