At first glance, I see the south corner of the long front porch; but a closer look reveals morning coffee and good conversation and a bit of knitting and evening wine and a couple of stray kittens and friends and family and homemade lemonade and birds at the feeder just beyond and ice cream and candlelight and frog sounds from the pond and Marley resting his head on the low rail and a new puppy exploring and love and Mike's voice reading the word of God to me rocking.
I praise you, Lord, for these 2 rockers and 19 years of blessings here on the porch here on the hill.
beautiful narrative on this friendly porch. it's so nice when a photograph evokes special times in your life. for all the technique and gear purchases wrapped up in photography, these are the photos that really mean something!
you are very privileged to have such beautiful surroundings, which you maintain so lovingly, and how wise to be full of appreciation for all these things. I can see that you do, indeed, have a very welcoming home.
