Memories of riding Kennywood Park's Turtle snuggled into my mom 50-ish years ago make this ride very special to me; and at this year's Pittsburgh Pierogi Festival, I couldn't wait to get on! John and Nirali treated us to this popular annual event where about 2 dozen Pittsburgh restaurants sell pierogis from food trucks within the park. What a wonderful, sunny, HOT-and-I-mean-HOT, beautiful day!
I praise you, Lord, for fun times spent with John and Nirali — and fond memories of my mom and me riding the Turtle.
