I love Beer, well I love beer too, but when we are staying in this area I love to visit the fishing village of Beer. We always buy fresh fish from the shack on the beach and this time my husband used it to make delicious pancakes stuffed with cod, smoked haddock, prawns and scallops in a dill sauce. Yum!
