I was going to post a picture of Sam today, but I wasn't very happy with them and he would not have thanked me if he knew I had put them on here. Last night he went for a sleepover at a friend's house. Five boys all slept in a tent in the friend's garden. It was a wet night and I don't think that any sleep was got. I picked him up this afternoon and as soon as he got in he had a shower and fell asleep on the sofa.
The rest of the day was spent shopping for plants, so the weekend is going to be spent planting them out. I usually grow a lot of our plants from seeds and plug plants, but the terrible summer last year sapped me of any enthusiasm for gardening and I didn't plant any up over the autumn and spring. Realising how much they have cost this year may well be the incentive I need to be a bit more organised for next year.
Beautiful seeds - I've lost my Gojo this year too after everything was so miserable last year - I haven't been to but bedding plants yet so no doubt I will be wishing I'd braved the ice as well!
