I discovered a couple of tiny broken egg shells underneath the swallows' nest in the stables yesterday, so it looks like the babies have hatched. Here is one of the adults keeping the babies warm.

Lucky you. They are amazing birds but get really cross is you get near their nesting site (stables in our case) and they dive home and swoop at you. You have got a great shot here.
