@caterina tks....use two incense sticks taped together to get more smoke; manually focus camera on a tripod to where the smoke will rise up, use off camera flash at rich angles to the lens, have black paper blinders on both sides of the flash so the light will only strike the smoke and not the background; best done in a darkened room; this shot has also been inverted and tinted blue. have fun
