Waiting for a delayed flight, I was sitting in the airport lounge sipping a glass of wine and reading the newspaper when I suddenly became very self-conscious seeing this man on the other side of the glass - working hard at a very unpleasant job while he probably has to look inside every day at travelers relaxing.
