Singapore Day 4: Satay is a traditional Malay food -- basically spiced beef, chicken, prawns, or other meats on skewers and cooked over open flame. Hawker Centres (food courts) offering every manner of ethnic foods are all over Singapore and Chinatown has one of the best.
