@jb030958 bokeh is the backround . The more you focus on a subject the background becomes blurred and sparkly. You can play with that on purpose by adjusting your settings.

@jb030958 Bokeh is when the shapes and colors sort of blur together. Hope called it the background and usually it is, but sometimes when I squint and see a pretty pattern made from lights or colors, I will just take a photo of that.
