His Majesty King Melchor

From the Three Kings Night parade on the Epiphany eve. In the Three Kings Night, their majesties and their staff, pickup letters written from childs and then they bring presents to them, as they wrote in their letters, visiting each house during the night when childs are sleeping, as Santa does on the night of December 24th. Instead of a sock, they let a shoe, near the balcony or window for signal their majesties that there's a child. I hope again, another year, that every child of the world could be gifted with a present.
In my youth I went to the Ft Lauderdale parade on New Years eve, It was amazing.

I guess that is the parents' annual tasks to keep the innercent mind of children. Spain's festival spirit is among the highest in the world.

This is like a carnival and love this beautiful float with living personages. In Italy they have the Befana, an ugly witch with a broom, to hand out presents to the children. Here, Epiphany is no longer celebrated with pomp, unfortunately.
