This class of tomatoe it's what we use to prepare "bread with tomatoe" or "pa amb tomàquet". Pick a slice of bread, spread the tomatoe on, add olive oil and it's done. You can also toast the bread, spread some garlic and add a touch of salt. This is up to you.
