The buses are waiting for the kids to come out and go home. We are "hybrid" - students get to choose each day if they want to come in person or attend online. On the first day of this we had over 145 students. Lat numbers I heard were under 60 now. They are realizing that it is not fun time, and because of social distancing, they are not able to spend time hanging out with friends.

@kvphoto It is certainly unusual, not knowing which students will come. So far the largest number of students in any class has been five. In most classes I have two or fewer.
@jeffjones at least with that small number of students in class they can socially distance... how large are your typical classes? Do you run a synchronous online class at the same time you are teaching the student who are physically in class? Just curious... I’m a retired high school media specialist/librarian. I’ve also taught a lot of online grad courses and it is a lot of work for both teacher and students.
