I don't know what the building is - but I do know that the photo was taken from the verandah of the Ulmarra Hotel. The Pacific Highway passes through this small river town, but an upgrade to the highway will bypass the town and one wonders what will happen to the little crafty shops, gallery, bookshop and hotel once the tourists no longer stop for lunch by the Clarence River.
