A view of 'All Hallows by the Tower' Church from the Tower Hill War Memorial.
All Hallows by the Tower is the oldest church in the City of London and was founded in 675AD, 300 years before the Tower of London. An arch from the Saxon church can still be seen today.
The Tower Hill Memorial commemorates men and women of the Merchant Navy and Fishing Fleets who died in both World Wars and who have no known grave.
