keeping an eye out by jerome

keeping an eye out

I have a new toy: a tele lens. In zoo Schmiding at Wels (a town in Upper Austria) I tried a few shots. One of the results you see above.
This cheetah was on exploring the outdoor enclosure.
Wow! Your new "toy" got put to instant good use! And you managed to keep your soft, "signature" background, while showing the cheetah intently on the move.

So soft and light - an unusual presentation but so fitting for this sprightly animal.

The softness in this pictures is a great jooyes to enhance the power of this beautiful cheetah. I'm wishing you always good light with the new lens and that it brings you a lot of joy. (And a lot of great pictures, you can share with us). ;-)

@yorkshirekiwi Thank you for your kind words, Carole! My English... well. I hope I do not write too much nonsense. A few inhibitions I have when writing in English.
In New Zealand you live - really great is that! This is exactly opposite the globe... New Zealand also has wonderful mountains and you can take wonderful hikes there. I will soon travel to Australia - then'm almost before your doorstep. ;-)
I am very pleased about you!
And thanks for following!
