@fbailey That's a good question, Bailey. The descent from a summit is often underestimated. You have to concentrate on the descent as much as on the ascent. Most accidents on the mountain happen on descent - because one believes to know the way and therefore is more inattentive; because the ascent demands power and you are a bit tired on the descent. When going downhill, the knees are also much more stressed.
