@jerome Ah, ich habe gerade von der Mutter eines anderen Studenten gehört, dass es meinem Sohn gut geht, aber er hat seine Kamera verloren! Also keine Bilder von Everest sondern das Wichtigste ist, dass er da war. Gut zu sein und die Erfahrung zu haben, ist am Ende des Tages weit wichtiger. Zweifellos können einige andere Schüler ihre Bilder mit ihm als Andenken teilen.

Global climate change does not stop at the glaciers of the Alps. Weather researchers say that this glacier will be gone in 20 to 30 years. Global warming will melt away snow and ice. Photos like this will no longer be possible on the Dachstein.

@casablanca Es freut mich sehr, dass du gute Nachrichten von deinem Sohn erhalten hast. Er war also schon am Gipfel? Eine tolle Leistung! Ich denke, es wird ein großer Augenblick sein, wenn du ihn wieder sehen kannst. Alles Gute!

@jerome Er ist noch nicht da, heute Nacht schläft er in Kathmandu und morgen beginnt der kleine Flug nach Lukla und der Treck. Er sollte 9 Tage später im Basislager sein. Ein Lehrer hat ihm eine Kamera zur Verfügung gestellt, um sie zu benutzen, da seine gestohlen wurde, was sehr nett war. Ich fühle mich heute Abend weit weg von ihm, aber ich muss ihm Gott vertrauen und seiner Sorge und Hoffnung, dass alles gut für ihn sein wird. Ich freue mich darauf, dass er nach dem Abenteuer mit einem großen Lächeln für seine Leistungen nach Hause kommt.

@casablanca Für einen 16-Jährigen ist dies ein wirklich großes Abenteuer. Es wird wohl noch eine Weile dauern, bis du deinen Sohn wieder in die Arme schließen kannst. Ich kann mir gut vorstellen, dass dir viele Gedanken durch den Kopf gehen. Gewiss ist es nicht einfach, seinen Sohn so weit fort zu wissen. Recht liebe Grüße!
