Is this the end?

We are expecting cold now - not surprising as it's almost November! I was delighted to find 2 Small Copper and a male Common Darter Dragonfly at the Meadow, almost certainly the last of the year unless the weather man is wrong.

@beryl @milaniet Thank you both very much. The Small Coppers have had a superb 3rd brood this year. I hadn't expected to see any yesterday & was delighted to find 2 and a Common Darter Dragonfly too.

@joev Thanks, Joe. They are small butterflies, keep low to the ground and this year have had a wonderful 3rd brood. We've had overnight frosts so it's unlikely I'll see any more this year.
