Rainbow bubbles

This evening I went down to the beach for a quick walk ... the sea has been very rough and unswimmable the last few days with near gale force southeasterly winds battering the coast. The whole beach was covered in sea foam /spume and whilst it wasn’t the first time I have seen this I never saw anything like how wonderfully colorful the bubbles in the sea spume were ... all over the rocks the bubbles were the most vivid colours... amazing! I zoomed in on this photo and you can see my reflection in the multicolored bubbles... It was a bit like when you see a rainbow in an oil slick ... This is because of the following process and the effect can be found in oil , soap and in nature ... seaweed /algae etc

I love this image! It was so lovely to see those colours on an otherwise dreary grey day! The bubbles were like multicolored gems adorning the rocks ❤️❤️💕💕
This is quite incredible. Not only the colours of the bubbles but the reflection within them. Well done, a feat shot.

@angel_a I felt so blessed and amazed to see this amazing sight!!! Right place right time...the foam was all over the beach and had some colour in the sand but it was only against the dark rocks it looked this vibrant and colourful... I had to climb over some rocks and it was very slippery but well worth it!
