I went to my naturopath yesterday and got a remedy that seems to be helping. Hopefully I'll be able to get back out shoot nig this weekend. On th other hand, I just love this beach and it's rocks at sunset. Someday I want to go there for sunrise. I don't know if I want you to get well when we get fillers like this ;0) Actually do get better - it's rubbish being ill. I've moved on to a very irritating useless cough....
