Just home after a fabulous vacation with stops at Mt Shasta, Mt Whitney, Tahoe, Death Valley, Zion, Bryce, Capital Reef, and Malheur bird reserve. Great shot. Since you were in South Central Utah (Zion, Bryce, and Capital Reef) I hope that you got a chance to visit the Escalante Wilderness. This area was my stopping ground in the early 70s as I worked as a wilderness guide for 5 years before I went off to get an academic education.
@jgpittenger The Escalante Wilderness is one of my favorite places in the entire world. So much wonder in this world. It is inspiring to see that you are actively taking it in. Next time you make it to Alaska give me a holler and come shooting with the group that I hang out with.
