I was at Summer Lake Bird Refuge with a friend the day that a huge flock of migrating white pelicans stopped for some rest. We saw them in the evening just as they landed and it was getting dark and then went back to check on them in the morning. It was a thrilling experience. The sky was dull so I played around with textures. Best on black if you have time and desire.
