Equinacea and Lupine Meadow Below Mt Hood

Our second day out we took some glorious hikes in the wildflowers with Mt Hood watching over us. The only bad things were tons of poison oak and ticks galore. This hike was free of poison oak but not ticks!

What a beautiful scene - really takes your breath away - those darn ticks have been really bad this year here - don't know when I've ever found as many on me as I have already - it's a constant check this year! Glad it didn't spoil your hike. Fav
