Yum. A new recipe for lentils and lots of kale from our garden all resting on a sweet potato.

My ideal meal! We had our Osechi Ryouri -- Japanese New Year Meal -- a couple of days early because my family had to all disperse to their homes before new year's eve.

I would definitely like to try your meal as it looks interesting. I do eat meat but could easily live without it. I do like fish though which would be hard for me to give up!
