Any suggestions on where to stay while visiting Yellowstone? We will probably stay for three days in September.

@mamabec I don't know what to tell you since it is entirely different in the Winter. We stayed in the park so we would have easy access to the park at a time when you aren't allowed to drive your own vehicle most places. We stayed at Mammoth Hot Springs hotel and the Snow Lodge near Old Faithful. Both are Xanterra hotels and really nice but more spendy than we would have preferred

Such a familiar scene for me. We g through Yellowstone just about every year or two on our way to Alberta to visit family.
