Preparing For The Seasonal Allergies

There is a note on the honey label that says it may help with allergies so I am going to give it a try. I love spring and being outside but unfortunately it doesn't always like me.

I'm sneezing and eye itching, so must be that time of year. I eat local honey all winter, doesn't work, but makes toast taste nicer!!!

I buy local honey and have 2 T with my apple cider vinegar every morning. It works for me. Nice shot.
