I left my home this morning feeling very happy to see the sun shinning. I had a plan when I though it might be only partly sunny but full on sunshine called for a trip to the beach. I have some new filters which include some graduated ones. I had fun playing with a couple. I got the square kind this time because I can get the filter holder on my camera better than the thin round ones. I hae lost most of those as they have fallen off when I am out shooting unbeknown to me. Plus these have and adapter for several lens sizes including my long lens. So bare with me whilst I play. The dark part was at the top and seemed to bring out this pink color. Anyway this is not a sunrise picture as the sun was up for a while but a high tide shot and I believe a minimalist shot for my get-pushed. Tomorrow I have fasting labs in Portland in the morning. _NO coffee that is just plain cruel. Hoping to have time to go to Deering Oaks and see if there are any ducks.
