When I went to the coast on Saturday, I specifically went to Gooches Beach, which is an excellent surfing area. There was a whole line of surfers on the beach. Must have been over 50 surfers in the water. Most were sitting and looking outward. I don't know whether the waves got better for surfing, as technically I need a beach parking permit to park where I was and a policeman was parked just a but down the road. So I took a couple of quick shots and left. Not a fabulous photo but I wanted to show how crowded the beach was with surfers.
