I left early to go to the Balance center and stopped at a few places to take pictures. I also came home along the coast and got some more pictures. So excited as it was my first photo ride in weeks. I used both my iPhone and my D7500. And good news from the Balance Center not only had I maintained but had improved some of the tests. Guess my walking at No 1 pond paid off as well as the night exercises and the Balance Center Live exercise session each Monday morning.
