Still much ice on the pond but it doesn't seem to bother the ducks and geese. I was taking wonderful pictures with my new camera when I realized I didn't have the card inside. I can't use the extra because it is formatted for my Nikons. Think I brought an extra one and will add that to my purse.
I've read about that happening to so many different photographers! Thankfully I don't have to take the card out of my cameras to get the pictures into my computer or it'd probably happen to me too. But your camera phone did a good job on capturing the vibrance of the water here. Good shot.
We have all done that at one time or another. My camera tells me no card in camera. See in your menu if there a place that says do not take without card or something similar.
Sonys let you do that... it's damned annoying. Why didn't you just reformat the spare card for the Sony and reformat it for the Nikon after you had uploaded the pics?
