Lobster Trap Tree

I was delighted to see this up this year. Someone (and I just don't remember who) posted one in their country and I mention we have them here too. She said she would like to see it. This one is in York where the Nubble lighthouse is. Louise and I were on a Lighthouse tour.

It is fabulous and the lobster fairy is on top of the lobster trap tree too. Obviously the trap didn't capture this lobster.
It looks as though it has just climbed a mountain.

Well, that is a Christmas tree with a difference. Great photo. I would have to say thought that we actually did curse all those lobster pots when sailing in Maine!
