A big step forward

Yesterday I took my rollator for a walk for the first time since the operation at the end of July. For the last few years, I have walked for 1/2 hour many days a week. And I couple of years ago I started using a rollator so I could sit if I needed. This was necessary because of my heart rhythm problem that could pop up at any time. I have missed my walks so even though the two walks I did yesterday and today were very shot it was a joy to be able to do them. I will ease back into this slowly. Isn;'t going to help that winter is gearing up.
