I tried that and the smoke disappeared before I could capture any thing. I was super busy and didn't have enough time to play.

I hear incense sticks are good for smoke hanging around. But I have never tried it myself.

I used the tripod. My biggest fail was producing smoke period. (and not setting my house on fire!)

I've used incense and had a remote and tripod but you need LOTS of time and not getting smoked out of the room
