A tropical storm watch has been issued for the east coast of Florida, and residents there should expect heavy rain on Tuesday and Wednesday, according to the National Hurricane Center storm forecast.
Arthur is expected to strengthen into a category one hurricane by 2 a.m. ET on Friday, July 4, as it briefly makes landfall on North Carolina's Outer Banks. A category one hurricane has winds stronger than 74 mph (119 km/h).
However, the "cone of uncertainty" in the storm's future track means Arthur could brush over the Carolina coast or stay offshore on Friday.
The storm could also rake the Mid-Atlantic coast with strong winds and rain this weekend.

p.s.-if U look closely -there's a strange/ scary face on top left side of the clouds.
I see the scary face but also see another face below and to the right, a breaded one with a turned up nose. Fabulous capture Joey that sky is certainly stormy but I love the inclusion of the cyclists.
Another amazing shot! I love that the riders are moving towards the dark. The rider towards the middle appears to be looking back - almost like they are being forced towards darkness despite their wants.
I love the clouds. We bike along the beach to the shops two miles away , along the South coast here in the uk and this is very similar of our coastal skies. Lovely
We're expecting Arthur to be here (Va. Beach) late Thursday/Friday; the city has already canceled the 4th of July fireworks.
Keep safe.
Quite the scary image in the clouds!
