Sports really help kids stay up and going. I noticed our local high school was hosting a football camp, it was 7:00 AM and probably 200 boys were working out on the field the other day. Early workouts are better in this heat! This is a great photo!

Our Cross Country team has daily workouts together running. Keeps them together having fun (in the heat, though, it's brutal). I like the lines of the water and shore in this shot--they add to the drama of the kids running. :)
