@chikadnz @365karly1 1)I shoot the subject using this free app called “Slow shutter”on my iPhone.

Needs a lot of patience and practice though,took me a while to achieve this happy accident -also I did some adjustments and light-editing using “Curves,blur and tonal” from “ Snapseed” another free app w/c is available for iPhone or iPad 😍
2) Another technique is lensbaby- a great lens to achieve blurry effects
