Japan. Restaurant display food.

Not used to seeing lettuce on a hot dog... interesting how the ketchup goes across the bun but it does make a nice and colorful display.

It reminds me of when I got off the airplane in Stockholm and saw nothing but American fast food. Then the people I was meeting took me for pizza. So I asked about Swedish food. I’m glad I did because for the next 6 weeks while I worked on a project there they took me to all kinds of hidden treasures.

At first t just seems incongruous to display hot dogs! But the displays really help with the Japanese food. Thanks again
