I previously saw Michael selling balloons in August (you can see him here and here.) Today, he was still in his car which was an impressive sight itself. As I took a photo of it, he called me over, and introduced himself.
The most interesting thing I learned about Michael is that it's been a lifelong goal of his to own an Amusement Park... and he's supposed to close on a deal to start a huge oone later this week.
