I took this photograph of St. Mary Magdalene Church in Lyminster just before sunset. It is nearly a thousand years old, but stands on the site of an earlier Saxon nunnery.
Thank you Elle. Unfortunately the church will be closed for part of this year for some major roof work, but if you are ever in the area, it is well worth a look.
A beautiful building - I love looking round old churches!
