@octogenarian This is over looking Flagstaff towards the northeast. The rain is falling in the distance. We did get some good thunder on our side of town later.
@gardenfolk You are so very kind, thank you for the fav. The clouds at this elevation (7000 ft) are so amazing.
@francoise After I noticed them, it seemed like the traffic just slowed down to a crawl but I was just worried that they would move before I got to the top of the hill.
@megpicatilly Thank you, I love the clouds here. I am constantly amazed by them.
@nickspicsnz Truly appreciative of your fav, thank you! The skies in the high desert (7000ft) are just so cool, (we don't get triple digit temperatures like Phoenix) they go on forever.
@pusspup Those beauties moved north before they dumped and they need the rain. We did get thunder and rain later so we got our share for the day.
@pdulis Thank you so much, I am grateful for the opportunity to live where the clouds rule.
@s4sayer Thank you so much. If not Moses then the Greek Gods, the thunder and lightening that we get this time of year is so amazing. What really surprises me is that one side of town get rain while just a mile away sometimes doesn't.
@susale I was driving when I spotted them and became very impatient with traffic - I didn't want the clouds to leave before I could snag a shot. I am in deed grateful that I did.
Can I see rain above the mountains?

@blueberry1222 Gotta love them floaty puffy things.
