@gardencat I was happy that I got a 2nd chance, the morning was very cloudy and cold. The night was much warmer and there were a few cloud breaks. @shannejw Thank you so very much for the fav. Spring storms pop up but the snow never lasts long. @dfarrington Very grateful for the fav, thank you. I was pouting about the clouds when I noticed the moon making an appearance- ran to get the camera and got lucky. @joemuli Thank you kindly. @jernst1779 Most appreciative of the fav, thank you. Clouds seem to have a sense of humor, don't they. I really wanted to get the moonset but alas, not this time. @vignouse Truly grateful for the fav. Getting clouds to move on cue is most frustrating, at least the snow didn't start until later. @tstb13 Thank you so very much.
Wonderful. I love moon shots, but need to learn more of what settings to use to be able to do the, justice. What settings did you use for this shot please.
@yrhenwr Thank you so kindly for the fav. The clouds did grant me a gift anyway. @robz Thank you so much. @pistache I was grateful for the clouds giving me a break and that I chose to just shot from my backyard, would have been really cold outside of town. @northy Thank you so much. @angel_a Thank you so very much. I am sorry for being so late to answer. Here is a link to a great set of instructions. The newsletter is always great too. ( https://digital-photography-school.com/20-dos-donts-shooting-moon/ ). You can always click on the EXIF info on anyone's shot which under photo details. Most times the settings are listed there.
